It was incorporated in February of 1963 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Cordoba, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of a general line of food, such as canned and frozen foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods, fresh and prepared meat and meat products, fish and seafood, and cheese and other dairy products. In addition, the company sells other products, such as fats and oils, poultry meat and other livestock products, confectioneries, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, and spring and mineral waters processed by others. Throughout the process of distributing, its products are kept at a temperature below -18 degree celcius, respecting the cold chain, allowing the company to guarantee the freshness of its products.
